Throughout his career, he has gained a national reputation as a leader and educator in the fields of Justice, Health, and Human Services.
David's expertise lies in the challenging areas of Corrections and Child Protection, where he has demonstrated a strong sense of reality and resilience in his work. He is known for his solutions-focused and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, which has earned him numerous accolades and achievements during his two decades in Government service.
Among his notable achievements, David was recognized as a finalist in the 2009 Premiers awards for excellence, a prestigious recognition for his outstanding contributions to his field. Additionally, he received the 2009 Department of Child Safety staff excellence award for his significant contributions to staff development, workforce planning, and development within the department.
